1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Mechanical Breakdown

Metro Elite Transfer is not liable for any mechanical breakdowns that may occur during the charter. In such cases, the Company will make every effort to reschedule the service to compensate for lost time, based on mutual agreement.

3. Damage Liability

The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or members of their party during the rental period.

• $100.00 fee for each carpet or seat burn
• $250.00 sanitation fee if required

4. Alcohol and Drug Use

The consumption of alcohol and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited by law. Any fines incurred as a result of such activities will be the responsibility of the client.

5. Driver's Discretion

The driver reserves the right to terminate service without refund if the client or any member of their party engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or illegal behavior.

6. Dashcam Recording

By utilizing Metro Elite Transfer services, clients consent to the possible recording of their journey via in-vehicle dashcams. These recordings may include both audio and video and are used for safety, monitoring driver behavior, security, staff training, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.

7. Safety Regulations

Standing through the sunroof is strictly prohibited by law. Smoking may not be permitted in certain vehicles, at the driver’s discretion.

8. Overtime Charges

Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time specified on the run sheet.

9. Winter Conditions

Metro Elite Transfer is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unsafe winter road conditions, including but not limited to unsalted roads, accidents, or hazardous weather.

10. Lost Articles

Metro Elite Transfer is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.

11. Payment Terms

The remaining balance of the service fee is due and payable to the driver on the day of service, prior to the start of the journey. Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their legal seating capacity.

12. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable.

13. Domestic Flight Waiting Time

Clients are granted a 30-minute grace period following the landing of domestic flights. After this period, a waiting charge of $2.00 per minute will apply.

14. International Flight Waiting Time

Clients are granted a 60-minute grace period following the landing of international flights. After this period, a waiting charge of $2.00 per minute will apply.

15. Canada Runs & Customs Delays

For services to Canada, in the event of delays caused by Canadian customs due to issues attributable to the client, a waiting time fee of $2.00 per minute will apply until the matter is resolved and the vehicle is cleared by customs.
